BOOKINGS

Payments may be made by cheque made payable

to Novello Theatre, cash, or online here.

Same day bookings can be made by telephone or

in person from 1pm on day of performance.

RESERVATIONS

Tickets are held for three days (public performances)

and three weeks (schools or groups) after this time,

unpaid tickets maybe released for re-sale.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We regret we do not refund or exchange tickets.

We will accept tickets for resale if a performance is

sold out. A charge of £1.50 on each ticket is made

for this service.

SCHOOLS REDUCTIONS

Schools - minimum of thirty-five pupils £9.50 each. Less

than thirty-five children - please see Group

booking prices. One free Teachers seat with every

10 seats booked. Additional Teachers at £9.50 each.

Complimentary coffee or tea is available for

Teachers. School Reductions apply to 10.30am

performances only.

INTERVAL SNACKS FOR SCHOOLS

We can supply biscuits and fruit juice at £1.50 per

child. These should be ordered and paid for

together with your tickets.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Minimum of fifteen persons - 50p discount per seat

off the normal public seat price. Bona fide groups

only (e.g. Brownies, Guides, Church groups, PTA

groups etc). All tickets must be paid for on one

cheque. No other concessions apply. For very large

groups wishing to take a hundred seats or more,

please contact us for special rate. For these large

groups we can sometimes offer times to suit your

own requirements e.g. evening shows.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Same rate as group bookings. Plus “MEET

THE ACTORS PACKAGE”- optional - for

details please call. This package is

£2.50 per child in addition to ticket price

and must be paid for together with tickets.

ACCESS

We have wheelchair access and space for a

limited number of patrons who may wish to

remain in their own wheelchairs, but these

must be booked in advance. The are no

steps or stairs. For patrons remaining in their

own wheelchairs tickets are half public price

with no charge for carers.

PARKING

Two free car parks close by and unlimited

parking in adjoining side streets. High Street

parking limited to thirty minutes.

BABES IN ARMS

There is no charge for babes in arms under

two years but we ask that you sit in a

gangway seat and will leave should your

baby make a noise which may spoil other

peoples enjoyment.

Due to Fire Regulations push-chairs, buggies,

car seats etc. may not be taken into the

auditorium.

If the telephone lines are busy please do

leave a message. All messages left will be

returned.

at any time. These cannot be applied to tickets

already purchased or booked .
